Bishop’s Appeal REMINDER

Our parish results for the Bishop’s Appeal are as follows: 
Number of families that have pledged:  223 pledged  
Amount Pledged:   $104,882.00
Percentage of goal pledged:  73% pledged  
You can now place your SCRIP order on line at:www.shopwithscrip.com.  Our enrollment code is: LLD39BBE13514.  You aren’t able to pay online but you can pay when you pick up your order at  the Family Life Center.

 Religious Education Registrations
Starting date for all Religious Ed programs is Wed. Sept. 10. Registration has begun. You can register by phone, through the mail (if you received a form in the mail) or by stopping in at the FLC. Please register your children ASAP. 682-3319. Ask for Alicia .


Preschool Opening Day
Wed. Sept. 3 for Mon/Wed students; Thurs. Sept. 4 for Tues/Thurs students.  Preschool has openings for 4 & 5 year olds on Mon/Wed PM.
We are pleased to offer another opportunity for our three year old children to experience preschool.  Our new class will be on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 12:45 PM – 3:15 PM.  Please call 686-4114  or stop by the Family Life Center to register.

Chaplain Services of CCMH
Plan to attend the recruitment luncheon for Chaplain Services of CCMH on Wed., Sept. 17 at 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM  on the 5th floor classrooms 1 & 2.  There is need for the Associate Chaplain program.  This program consists of volunteer laity from churches throughout the Gillette area.  For more info. contact Chaplain Bob Rudichar at 688-1540.

Singers and instrument players

ONE DAY WORKSHOP
On Sat., Sept. 13th, nationally known presenter for youth ministry and religious education, Dr. Michael Carotta will be doing a training for all interested in youth ministry.  The workshop and lunch are FREE.  St. Patrick’s Church in Casper is hosting the workshop from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  If you are interested please call Annette to register at 682-3319 ext. 116.  This would be a great workshop for parents, volunteers (our core team for both JYM and On Solid Grounds) and adults.

Sound Techs & Musician's & Singers Needed
We are in need of the following areas in our music department. Sound Techs are needed for all masses and we will train you. If you can play and instrument and or sing, we will get you into a group. Please consider this ministry. You are the ones that help make our Liturgy glorious. If you are interested in helping please contact Erin @ 682-3319 ext. 102. Thanks you.
